29 Palms, or "The stump" was once the largest US Military Base in the world, it still remains the largest armed outpost under the control of NZDA forces. With a total of 931.7 mi² (2,413.2 km²), the whole installation is impossible to guard and both survivors and zombies alike make their way past security forces into the main base area from time to time.
